Are original shipping rates refundable? Does customer pay for shipping the return?
If the product you purchased was faulty, please contact the store and we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. If you are returning your product/s due to change of mind or incorrect choice, return fees are to be paid at your own expense. Please contact the store and a courier will be arranged.
